Freiburg im Breisgau, the capital of the Black Forest, is worth a vacation. The cathedral with its famous altar paintings and its tower that towers over the city is well known. There are also many opportunities for a Black Forest experience around the cathedral.<\/p>

Our charming hotel is located just a stone’s throw from the cathedral, in the middle of the picturesque old town. In a historic building without an elevator, we offer 17 cozy rooms on four floors. Here you can expect friendly hospitality and the typical Baden cosiness.<\/p>

As of January 1, 2014, the City of Freiburg introduced the accommodation tax (also known as the bed tax). We are therefore legally required to collect this levy, amounting to 5% of the accommodation price, and remit it to the City of Freiburg. Please note that our room rates already include this tax, so there will be no additional charge for you.
